If you’re reading this, there’s a (pretty high) 100% chance that you’ve already seen the brand spanking new website and design that a team of fantastic people and I have been working on for the last 6 months. Everything started with Allegra Wilde, an amazing photographer’s consultant who worked with some of the biggest names in the industry and came highly recommended by an industry peer.

Since December last year we’ve been working together on selecting the work, choosing the right way to display the imagery, but most importantly setting goals and develop a new approach to my photography and especially personal work. The process has been scary, exciting, challenging but most of all, eye opening. I was very fortunate to have the chance to work with Allegra, her understanding of our job and our industry is beyond exceptional. She helped me to realize who I am as an artist (oh yeah, I DID just called myself an artist) and guided me through seeing my work under a completely different, and more personal, perspective.

A special mention goes to two talented people who made this possible and worked extremely hard to pull this together. Henry Slaughter developed all the conceptual ideas and translated them into a visual identity. He connected the dots and built a cohesive branding that goes from web, to a promotional art book (that is being printed as we speak) and other printed and digital elements.

Alessandro Biavati is the man behind all the code. If this website is so amazing, it’s because he’s a badass developer. Working on a custom made experience was one of the most important and deciding factor, and none of it would have been possible without Ale’s help.

Thank you.
