Bruno Marti has won every award that there is to win. He’s a member of the B.C. Restaurant Hall of Fame and he mentored several of Canada best chefs. I photographed him for the Endmark page of Vancouver Magazine after he decided to close his long time restaurant “La Belle Auberge”.
